Well, isn't this just an awkward way to start the week?
I think Nick may be protesting, making a point that NPCs should be able to use portals. It would make his travels a lot easier if he could cut through towns instead of having to go around them, which often means climbing mountains or scaling cliffs.

How do you target an NPC? Didn't think you could do that. Better yet, how do you get a hero to target an NPC?

You have the target selected and manually use a skill on the hero.
